Fresh barnacle seaweed in salt

Green algae with a velvety touch.   It reaches 30cm in length and thickness up to 1cm in diameter.   It tastes like barnacles or very fresh seafood.   COOKING Ideal crushed or chopped in filling masses such as croquettes, empanadas, in creams for sauces.   Chopped on salads, toasts, in tartar, ceviche, tataki, tempuras.   It binds very well due to its gelatinous texture.   Good thickener.   HEALTH It stands out for its magnesium, iron and protein content.   It surpasses foods rich in copper such as crustaceans, mollusks or nuts, and products rich in zinc such as chickpeas, lentils, soybeans or meats.
