Pumpkin soup - 220g

Pumpkin cream soup from the best pumpkins grown in the Trapani hills. Antica Bottega Siciliana's pumpkin soup has a delicate and genuine flavour. It is a versatile product: it can be enjoyed as a soup with croutons, as a condiment for first courses or as a side dish. We only use pumpkins from our fields. 1. Processing: The pumpkins are harvested by hand. After being washed, they are cut and peeled. Subsequently the pulp is cooked slowly in a pot with spices and herbs. 2. Net weight: 180 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production.       4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Ingredients: Pumpkin, onion, leek, Malvasia wine, white wine, vegetable granules, water, cornflour, black pepper, nutmeg, parsley, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, spicy curry, salt, flavourings, wine vinegar red.
