VIET FUSION Asian kitchen knife CAT, blade length 16.5 cm

The CAT is similar in shape to a Nakiri.   With its extraordinarily high blade, it is a perfect vegetable knife.   It is one of the most common knives in Asia.   The CAT cuts a particularly good figure when peeling vegetables, precisely cutting vegetable sticks and lettuce strips or chopping herbs.     The very sharp blade, ground on both sides, makes powerful and controlled cuts possible.   More robust vegetables can be cut just as well, as the blade is quite strong at 2 mm and gives the knife a slightly higher weight.       The high blade is ideal for easily picking up and transferring the cut ingredients from the cutting board to the pot, bowl or pan.       Thanks to the high carbon content, these knives can be sharpened extremely sharply.       Please note that this is a non-rust-proof material and requires appropriate care.       The handle is made in three parts from ironwood, padauk and jackfruit.       Attention: not dishwasher safe Decoration is not the scope of services!
