Sparkling white wine "Abre" - 0.75 lt

Abrè is "abreaction", a philosophical concept that indicates the emotional discharge that leads to the liberation of hidden thoughts and desires.   This wine was in fact born from a conflictual relationship with the Pinot Noir vine, which was close to being eradicated because it was continually a victim of diseases, but was "saved" only thanks to an ethical and sustainable agricultural approach.   The elegance of Pinot Noir can therefore best express itself alongside the strong personality of the native Garganega variety and give life to a fresh, refined and long-lived sparkling wine. -TYPE: Sparkling wine - GRAPES: Garganega and Pinot Noir - VINEYARDS: The grapes come from owned vineyards trained with guyot or double guyot, with a low yield of grapes per plant.   All vines are grown according to the principles of Organic and Regenerative Agriculture. -HARVEST: Grapes selected and harvested by hand - VINIFICATION AND AGING: Second fermentation in autoclave for 8 months.   This is then followed by a year of bottle refinement. -TASTING NOTES: Elegant and fresh wine, slightly savory, very balanced. -PAIRING: The organoleptic characteristics of Abrè make it suitable both as an aperitif and as a pairing for shellfish and raw or cooked fish dishes.   Thanks to its lightness and freshness it is able to stimulate the appetite and prepare the palate for subsequent flavours, while its delicate aromatic structure blends with the flavors of the sea, enhancing its most refined notes.   The nuances of white fruit and citrus, combined with a light minerality, give Abrè an extraordinary elegance and refinement. -LABELS: The large hands insinuate themselves into the ground, where the roots of two highly refined vines sink.   One of them is Pinot Noir, the maximum expression of elegance, the other is Garganega, the highest manifestation of territoriality.   Together they give a wine with great freshness and longevity. - ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12% Vol - SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
