Gourmet salt, fleur de sel

The "flower of salt" only appears on hot and windy days as a wafer-thin layer on the water surface and is laboriously skimmed off by hand. Our Fleur de Sel is harvested on the coast of India, where only around 60 kg are harvested per day. The pyramid-shaped salt crystals contain magnesium sulphate and calcium, which give the salt its characteristic, fine taste. This noble salt spoils your palate and is therefore often praised by top gastronomy.
