Ogliarola Garganica is a tasty, spicy and bitter Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, with a long persistence of vegetable tones.  ​ An Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil perfect to use raw on bruschetta, vegetables, salads and especially legume soups. 100% Italian EVO.
