Mint Honey

MENTA 400 gr. Ingredients: 100% Honey Placed on the land of a mint flower grower in the Turin region, the beehives produce an exceptional mint honey due to its scarcity of production worldwide. This honey has an assertive note on the palate and then mellows. It has exceptional therapeutic virtues. Mint has antioxidant and adaptogenic properties, which boost the body's barriers and resistance to stress. It is dark in color, slightly crystallized, or more liquid. Its taste in the mouth is quite unique and does not necessarily resemble mint as we know it. From responsible and nomadic beekeeping, all our honeys are 100% Italian. After harvesting, the honeys are gently warmed at low temperature and therefore unpasteurized, which allows them to keep all their flavors and above all to guarantee all their nutritional richness.
