The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Selection, Casa da Oliveira Brava, is the result of a careful selection of olives from our century-old olive trees, where the Galega and Moleirinha varieties predominate, which results in a more consistent olive oil. The olives are harvested by hand, with dedication, and cold pressed, producing a fruity olive oil of exceptional quality with unique organoleptic characteristics, with a fresh and appetizing aroma. 15/11,5mm With a low acidity, around 0.2% and the peroxide (oxidation) index is around 6%.
