It is made with the ancient variety of yellow "winter" tomato, round, with a thicker skin and an orange / yellow color which, as the name suggests, keeps well even in the winter months. Ingredients: yellow tomatoes of the “vernino” variety, mountain oregano, garlic, unrefined sea salt, extra virgin olive oil. Typical preparation of peasant cuisine, suitable for making bruschetta but also for salads and soups, or on pizza, focaccia and flatbread.
