ORTOMAYO® - Spiert Broccoli Cream - 500 g

"Spiert" broccoli cream - Traditional ecotype of turnip broccoli from the Alta Valle del Sele (SA) - 580 ml. Casa Iuorio's “Spiert” broccoli has received the DE.C.O. - Municipal Denomination of Origin, of the Municipality of Palomonte, with resolution of the Municipal Council No. 93 of 22/07/2021. The broccoli cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with seasonal vegetables of first choice, grown in the open field (in our farm we do not use waste for production). Ingredients: “Spiert” broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt. Without eggs, preservatives and dyes. Without milk and added sugar. Ideal for pizza and for fancy preparations.
