For the event of the year, which we cannot name, Confiture Parisienne has concocted in its workshop located in the heart of Paris, a jam for all athletes! Why Sports Jam? Because we still weren't allowed to say it... Ultimately it should have been the jam whose name we must not pronounce! A bit like Voldemort you see? Finally, enough of the joke, you are probably wondering what is special about this jam apart from its circumvented name? Well it is very little sweet. It contains only 25% raw unrefined Rapadura sugar, half as much as a usual jam! In this recipe, you will find two summer flavors: Dordogne raspberry accompanied by Lingonberries. Did you know ?
