The ideal tapas! Our organic mussels are harvested from the cold waters of the Danish fjords. Their excellent quality comes from this exceptional natural environment and their unique texture. We have imagined a tasty and original recipe, which enhances the natural flavor of the mussels while highlighting their characteristic iodine. This recipe was developed in collaboration with a great chef, in order to create a perfect marriage between the ingredients chosen and the exceptional quality of our mussels. Ingredients: Organic shelled mussels (Mytilus Edulis) 76% organic rapeseed oil 11%, organic cider vinegar 11%, organic fennel seeds 1%, salt. 100% of agricultural ingredients come from organic farming controlled by DK-ØKO-100 Mussel farming area: Denmark
