Spongella - MIX PACK - Natural Menstrual Sponges

The sea sponge is a natural buffer with great absorbent power: very soft and hypoallergenic, it does not contain chemicals or synthetic fibers, and is biodegradable. It can also be used during intercourse. It is also reusable for several cycles and easily washable with a little soap. Before first use, wash carefully to remove any small impurities or sand residues that may have remained following the manufacturing process (we do our best but nobody is perfect!). Subsequently, to adjust the pH, leave for a few minutes in water and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, then rinse. Squeeze and with the help of two fingers insert by pushing towards the cervix. On days with heavier flow, wash the sponge every 3 hours or so. AFTER USE: Wash the sponge only with natural soaps and warm water, rinsing well any residue. Absolutely DO NOT BOIL so as not to ruin it. 3 measurements for different flow days: XS - very light flow S - light flow M - medium flow
