Antenais Solognot terrine with summer vegetables

In addition to my poultry and pigs, I started a small breed of Solognote sheep. The lambs are bought very small from a breeder and are fattened in the middle of my poultry. The antenais are one-year-old lambs. They are born in Indre-et-Loire and are slaughtered 5 km from the farm. So they didn't do a lot of transport (animal welfare). They feed on grasses, hedges, brambles, shrubs and a mineral supplement
