A few years ago, when he was going in circles and needed a change in his career, Julien fell in love with the distillation process during a trip to Martinique with his other half, Elodie. HASthe first visit to a Rum distillery, it was love at first sight: from the sourcing of raw materials to the sale through all the stages of manufacturing, he was definitely hooked. They will visit all the other distilleries on the island, before returning to Normandy, a nice project in the making. Long months of research and experimentation later, Julien saw the birth of his first gin, which was already attracting fans and (former) refractories. The delicious Franc-Tireur fight begins!
