The Éclat de fèves pastry shop is located in Normandy, near Mont Saint-Michel. We offer a variety of chocolates such as Swiss couverture bars, as well as hazelnut or almond bars. It is also possible to discover our spreads made with hazelnut or salted butter caramel, our mistinguettes or even our papillotte caramels with salted butter and Madagascar vanilla. All our items are handcrafted using quality raw materials.
