Artisan Panettone with Vinsanto

Pane'n guazzo is a typically Tuscan term used to describe something well soaked. Based on this idea, three variants of panettone were created: artisanal limoncello, agricultural rum and chocolate and vin santo from the Tuscan hills. To make it, we soaked (or "put in gouache") our panettone, made with natural yeast and 36 hours of leavening in three different liqueurs. As per our tradition of creating products with artisanal Tuscan vinsanto, a large leavened product soaked in vinsanto could not be missing. Weight: 750gr Free of Hydrogenated Fats – Our products do not contain hydrogenated fats. Artisan Production – We produce in our artisan laboratory following the Tuscan tradition.
