-Emotional totems: each totem is composed of a poster (the totem woman portrait in A3 format) + a “power” card (card delivering the message of the totem woman in A6 format).
-The guides: Reading, accessible and holistic, offering concrete tools to help meet your needs and better embody your totem woman.
