This plant with yellow flowers is found in certain privileged places of the Mediterranean basin, on acid, siliceous, draining soils. Harvested in July, our helichrysum is of “Corsica” type quality. It is also found under its other name “immortelle” because even dried, the flowers keep their bright yellow color. The one we offer comes from the cultures of our partner friends of the Prieuré de Marcevol. Freshly picked, it will be taken directly to the distillery to extract its precious oil. This distillation will be long and complete in order to ensure the extraction of the famous italidiones (molecules at the origin of the fibrinolytic properties).
