Tuna fillets in sea water

Great news has arrived, our Tuna in Sea Water! The tuna fillets are preserved in Adriatic sea water purified and sanitized for food use. Unlike water with added salt, sea water has a significantly more complex composition and contains precious nutrients for our body: iodine, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and many others. Our body benefits from it, but also the flavor of the tuna, which is enhanced by the unique organoleptic characteristics of this water. The use of sea water has spread over time, especially along the coasts, where fishermen (and later the best restaurateurs) have recognized its benefits in preserving fish and enhancing its natural flavour. Today sea water is a refined ingredient for countless fish recipes and more; the water from this jar can in fact be reused to season tuna, salads or various sauces.
