ORGANIC Lemon Honey

The lemon honey from I Frutti del Sole is produced from lemon trees in Sicily.  It has a delicate and fruity scent, reminiscent of the same flowers.  It is a honey with a delicate, inebriating and very fruity flavour.  It is colorless when it is still liquid, pearly white when it crystallizes.  This honey does not crystallize quickly, taking on a pasty consistency; the crystals are medium in size.  The real richness contained in this jar is the vitamin C which lemon honey abounds in.
