Vivitis White Without Added Sulphites BIO

The Organic Vivitis Bianco Without Sulphites from the Gorghi Tondi winery boasts two peculiar traits: the origin of the grapes from an organic farming regime and the non-addition of sulfur dioxide. Low environmental impact and care for the production chain are at the center of Gorghi Tondi, which finds the full expression of its vision in the purity of this predominantly Grillo wine. The color of the wine is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with iodine, floral notes and sensations of peach. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with a pleasant saline finish. The Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi Nature Reserve, a true treasure of biodiversity, was established in 1998 and is managed by WWF Italia Onlus.
