Organic spice mix for Bavarian cheese preparation • Mixture for yoghurt, sour cream and cream cheese Obazda is not a prehistoric skeleton find, nor is it a new swear word. In Bavarian beer gardens and at the dinner tables, the prepared Camembert is a favorite meal with a long tradition and a must at the Oktoberfest. Obazda (or: Obatzda) means "mixed", "dressed" and that's exactly how it works: Ripe Camembert is debarked, mixed with butter or cream cheese and then onions, chives and herbs are added. With our spice mixture you are free - either you make real Obazda with Camembert and eat a pretzel with it. Or you're one of those people who are still a bit unfamiliar with Bavarian customs and customs. Then you stir our organic Obazda mixture into sour cream or yoghurt, along with a slice of fresh, dark country bread - delicious everywhere. The composition of paprika and onions, cumin, garlic, mustard and chives together with the cheese results in a spicy, hot and fresh taste.
