During my professional career, I was looking for new and diverse "taste works" every day to present this passion to our guests, friends and family.
From this passion grew the desire to learn more and more about the world of flavors and food. This desire was followed by an extensive study of food technology. Always with us on this journey is the passion for natural, high-quality ingredients to produce unique foods.
