The Cheasy hemp cream not only tastes great, but is also full of valuable ingredients: - Rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids. - High content of iron, magnesium and zinc. - A high content of easily digestible protein Cheasy hemp cream is made from finely processed, peeled hemp seeds to create a creamy finish, refined with tasty rice-based yeast flakes and a pinch of salt. The salt ensures a round taste and underlines the spicy-nutty note. Hemp cream Cheasy is particularly suitable as a dip base, mixed with water (2 parts hemp cream / 1 part water). The cream also tastes good as a hearty spread, to refine risotto or as a basis for dressings. A portion of 20 g hemp cream Cheasy already covers the daily requirement for omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (according to the guidelines of the DGE) as well as a significant part of the requirement for magnesium, iron and zinc.
