Origin: Handwoven by our artisans at home in India.

 Description: This pillowcase comes with a little story. 

The shell and flower block was carved about 80 years ago from old sturdy wood. 

Our artisan received this block from an old lady in Bengal. 

When she was young she learned the art of block printing in distant England. 

When she returned to India, she used the same block to design and hand-print saris for flight attendants. 

So the ladies traveled around the world with the unique saris that represented the beauty of India.
