All the manufacturing stages of our hams are carried out manually by passionate artisan refiners. Our Iberian cebo pigs are bred in Badajoz, in the Spanish autonomous community of Extremadura. We salt the hams by hand with sea salt. This palette (shoulder) sold boneless has a very pronounced taste thanks to its 36-month ripening.
