J.Kinski Chili Oil is a spicy and aromatic sauce made from chili peppers and other spices and sunflower oil. We let the spices soak in the warm oil for at least 24 hours so that the oil absorbs the full aroma of the spices. It is always stirred by hand to support the process. Chili oil is often used in Asian cuisine to give dishes a pleasant spiciness. The intensity of the chilli oil can vary depending on the types of chili used. We didn't overdo it so you can taste the other ingredients too. Nevertheless, you should dose it carefully to achieve the desired taste. Can be kept for at least 12 months from delivery. Storage dry and protected from light at room temperature. After opening, store in the dark and consume immediately.
