Sliced Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo

La Chinata Iberian Chorizo comes from Iberian pigs raised and fed exclusively with acorns and natural herbs from the Dehesa Extremadura. These pigs boast of being bred under free grazing regimes in the large tracts of land in the Dehesa Extremadura, and are fed with acorns from the montanera season. La Dehesa Extremadura produces a large quantity of high-quality acorns and, thanks to its large tracts of land, allows the pigs to move freely and eat exceptionally well in a perfect climate for their development.
