Our establishment promotes short production circuits as much as possible and we are very happy to brew our beers with barley from the Verdon.
Our beers have a rather Belgian, Northern France, or even German influence. Many recipes are based on slow fermentations and we are very careful to respect traditional manufacturing methods.
