Since the beginning of summer 2011, I have been preparing a selection of tasty recipes made from carefully selected organic vegetables, harvested when ripe.
To do this, I work regularly with more than a dozen local organic market gardeners who supply me with quality vegetables.
I moved to a processing workshop in accordance with agro-food standards in Cressac Saint Genis in May 2012.
Since then, the activity has developed and I occasionally hire employees, especially during the summer period. The goal for 2016 is to create a permanent full-time job.
