ORGANIC THROUBA black olives

Organic black olives called "THROUBA" are prepared in a special way: When they are debittered, they are put in coarse salt (and not in brine). They therefore lose some of their moisture and become a little "wrinkled". They then contain less salt (1.6% per 100 g) than if they were put in brine. They have no vinegar or other ingredients, just a few drops of olive oil for conditioning
