This is indeed the taste that we cultivate in our artisanal, family-owned biscuit factory, because combining the good, 100% organic and gluten-free is possible!
Since December 2019 our biscuit factory has been welcoming you to Banogne Recouvrance, a small village in the Ardennes where we cultivate our land.
At the same time peasant, miller and biscuit maker, we are to date the only ones to have the three trades in France and to be certified organic and gluten-free (AFDIAG = Association Française des Intolerants aux Gluten) for buckwheat flour and lentil flour Green.
It is this commitment from the field to the biscuit that allows us to guarantee exceptional quality and flawless traceability.
