Traditional Pasta Calamarata 500g

It is a typical Neapolitan pasta format. It takes its name from the characteristic shape of the calamari rings, which can be prepared both with the squid sauce and with our basil sauce or with aubergines. Our Pasta Tradizionale Calamarata is made from the best durum wheat semolina and spring water in a small factory. The pasta is pulled through a bronze mold, creating a rough surface that absorbs the sauces better. Drying takes place slowly in the fresh mountain air. Our cooking tip: to give the pasta the best flavor, always cook it in plenty of well-salted water. Why Le Colline?
