Our jams are made in Alsace, with fruit and sugar only, without gelling agents or preservatives. The second generation perpetuates the tradition of a simple and authentic jam, cooked in century-old copper cauldrons, using a unique computer-assisted process, which adjusts the amount of sugar added according to the sugar already present in the fruit. This unique know-how has enabled Confitures du Climont to obtain from the French State the label "Living heritage company, the excellence of French know-how".
