Fruit purée vinegar blueberry

Here comes the blueberry pulp vinegar. 

Like its “brothers and sisters”, we make the fruit pulp by hand and add vinegar and sugar. 

At first we couldn't imagine that blueberry pulp could taste good with vinegar. USurprise!!! 

It tastes wonderfully fruity of blueberries – not just on salad… The blueberry fruit purée vinegar goes excellently with duck and game dishes. 

A small spear turns a dark gravy into a delicacy.    Combined with a neutral olive oil or with a nut oil, this fruit pulp vinegar gives every dish a culinary twist.
