MASSMULATOR I TENS STIMULATOR Build your muscles wider and deeper Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. The Massmulator is used to reduce pain and muscle spasms, but also arthritis, period pain, pelvic pain caused by endometriosis, knee pain, back pain, and even sports injuries. Your body deserves total comfort after a great day. Easy to use Made up of 4 reusable electrodes, the Massmulator device is a complete set to release the muscles from stress. There is no effort to press the button as it is an LED display touchscreen, which additionally has a stylus. Give yourself an optimal massage experience with 5-6 hours of use. Different massage modes and levels The Massmulator Electrical Nerve Stimulator uses 28 different massage modes in one device. These include massage modes of tuina, acupuncture, tapping, gausha, cupping, combination, shiatus, deep tissue massage, back pain, pressure, strength training, weight loss, and many more. Each mode has an intensity adjustment on 20 different levels. Frequency of use You can safely use a TENS device as often as you like. Usually for 30-60 minutes, up to 4 times a day. The nerve stimulator electrodes are normally positioned over the area of pain, but other more advanced applications can often prove better. Examples of use: - Central neck pain: position each set of electrodes on the back of the neck, in the area of discomfort. - Shoulder pain: Position each set of electrodes above and below the pain area. Position one pair of electrodes on the neck, on the same side as the painful shoulder, and the other pair of electrodes on the painful area; position the other electrode similarly. - Knee pain: Place the electrodes around the knee joint, above and below, on each side. - Lower back: Position the electrodes on each side of the back at the level of the pain. If the pain is on one side, place one of the paired electrodes over the site of pain, near the spine, and the matching electrode near the spine, at the same level; place the second electrode near the same position. Avoid the following areas It is not advisable to use a TENS device in front or on the sides of the neck, temples, mouth or eyes, chest and upper back at the same time, irritated, infected or broken skin, varicose veins and numb areas. It is also to be avoided if you have a pacemaker or another type of electrical metal implant, if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or have a heart problem.
