Miel Factory has carefully selected this organic fir honey and black propolis. The ORGANIC black propolis was harvested in France - Isère - in the place called "the cold lands". Organic fir honey was harvested in the Loire department - Col de la République - in the Regional Natural Park of Pilat. Oral route: 1/2 teaspoon, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening. Allow to melt under the tongue for better absorption.
