Product made with our Mountain Honey, from the high mountains (600 to 1,800 m) of the Spanish mountain ranges, and with Cinnamon. INGREDIENTS: 98% Mountain Honey and 2% Cinnamon Extract. HOW TO USE Adults: 1 or 2 tablespoons a day. Children over 2 years: 1 or 2 dessert spoons a day. CONDITIONS OF CONSERVATION Shelf life: 2 years · Allergens: does not contain. Honey is not recommended for children under one year of age. Store in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
