Okara 400g

Fine pulp resulting from the transformation of soy milk, okara has a light, almost airy texture and a ricotta appearance. Extremely rich in protein and fiber, okara soaks up flavors and gives consistency to a lot of culinary preparations. Ideas for use: to thicken soups and sauces, as a fried or sautéed garnish to accompany vegetables, as a complement to flour to give a binder to savory preparations (meatballs, burgers, vegetarian cakes) or sweet (cakes, granola…).
