organic banana powder

Our organic banana powder comes from Ecuador. It is packaged in a 300g doypack bag. After harvest, the bananas are peeled by hand before being drum-dried and ground into a powder. Banana powder can be used in various ways. You can mix it in yogurt, smoothie, fromage blanc… It will also give flavor if you put it in your desserts, your fruit purées, your pastries… For the preparation, mix 5 to 15 g of powder (1 to 3 teaspoons) in 300 ml of milk, smoothie, yoghurts, cottage cheeses or any other preparation you wish.
