Of the Manzanilla variety, harvested by hand to maintain the quality of the fruit and subjected to a controlled dressing process. We obtain olives with an exquisite flavor to which we add a dressing based on typical spices from the area, with a touch of orange, and which are packaged in extra virgin olive oil of our Arbequina variety. Uses: Ideal to take as an aperitif with a beer or glass of wine; use them in a salad and take advantage of all their spiced oil to have a ready-to-use dressing. Refrigerate once opened.
