Sofia D. extra virgin olive oilO.P.   Monte Etna is produced with olives coming from land located on the slopes of Etna, one of the most valuable areas for olive cultivation in Italy.   Excellent product from the Costa company, thanks to the quality of the olives used which give the final product a unique and unmistakable taste.   The processing of the olives takes place with traditional techniques and with the use of cutting-edge machinery, in order to best preserve all the organoleptic properties of the oil.   The result is a product of the highest quality and a balanced and harmonious taste.   Fruity, fresh, with a strong hint of artichoke and aromatic herbs, balanced flavor with a slight bitter and spicy sensation.   Ideal for seasoning raw fish and seafood, green salads, white meats.   On first courses while still steaming, it recalls the scent of freshly picked olives.
