A ginger energized by cheerful citrus fruits and warmed by a touch of woody caramel. What is ginger? For our Ginger we have chosen an endemic Blue Ginger from Madagascar. It takes its name from the color it takes on when it oxidizes in the open air. After distillation of its rhizome, we obtain a very zesty, lemony and slightly pinkish essence. With more than 400 active ingredients in its composition, the curative, digestive and aphrodisiac properties of Ginger have not been proven for centuries, it is a real “universal medicine”.
