Charcuterie - Porchetta - Porchetta with almonds and pistachio (3.5kg)

Porchetta is prepared with a deboned suckling pig then stuffed with its flesh from the belly, before being tied up and slowly roasted until the skin is very crispy.      Ours is flavored with pistachios, almonds and fennel: aromatics characteristic of our terroir which is Gargano.      It is often eaten in panini, at merenda time (“snack” in Italian) in Italian agricultural areas. She can also fry it, with a drizzle of OLIO DI SERRA, a pinch of garlic and a little fennel or tomato.      Porchetta must be consumed the same day it is purchased. Try it, you will be surprised by its scent, its texture and the richness of its flavors!      The porchetta is gluten-free and is offered to you in a vacuum-packed piece of approximately 3.5 kg.
