Villalonga monovarietal extra virgin olive oil. The Villalonga variety is an olive tree typical of the Valencian regions of l'Alcoià and el Comtat and was introduced in our area in the 80s, but in a very minority way. Olive trees are medium in size and very brittle, due to their fragility and the Mistral wind that blows very strongly many times a year. The production of these trees is high and regular, it usually produces every year. Olives are very early ripening and are characterized by their large size and round shape.
