Keka's Olives

We have honored the ancestral recipe of our grandmother, the Keka, who passed it from generation to generation, from mother to their child, to prepare what we consider a spectacular seasoning for some spectacular green olives. We owe the recipe to the picturesque village of Olmeda de las Fuentes, and the olives come from the green Andalusian olive groves of Córdoba.
