You can find it in photos. » Besides, why did we design this product? •A trio of crunchy cereals. HASThe origin of this recipe is our banana coconut granola. More than 1 year of work was necessary to design these bars with a delicious texture. We added Aquitaine millet, a pearl cereal mainly produced in Africa, but grown here in France by Corab, a cooperative labeled Organic Fair Trade in France. Its light nutty taste and natural crunch go wonderfully with our French oats and Italian puffed rice. •Controlled sugar levels, guaranteed deliciousness. Our bars are less sweet than the majority of bars on the market and yet they are just as tasty. No glucose syrup or additives of any kind, to ensure the cereals hold well and form our bars, we use just enough beet syrup from Hauts-de-France. The secret of their deliciousness? A generous dose of almond powder, grated coconut and crunchy pumpkin seeds. •Our sectors in the spotlight. The dried bananas and grated coconut come from a supply chain which ensures complete traceability to producers in Ecuador and Sri Lanka, guaranteeing them fair remuneration. The bananas come from downgraded fruits from 2 family plantations in Ecuador, so they are recycled into dried cubes for additional income for producers. The beet syrup comes from Bio en Haut-de-France, an association that we support in the project to develop the first French organic sugar in a short supply chain.
