Slowly cooked in the oven, our cereals are the result of a simple but delicious manufacturing process. At Omie, you will not find the classic ultra-processed cereals on the market in a fancy shape, but with a high glycemic index. We have therefore designed a recipe that is less processed than the majority on the market with a trio of crispy cereals made from Aquitaine millet. Its light nutty taste and natural crunch go wonderfully with our French oats and Italian puffed rice. While a large part of oat flakes are not produced or processed in France, we have selected a French oat sector processed in Oise. •A controlled degree of transformation, guaranteed deliciousness. Our cereals are 30% less sweet than the average cereal on the market and yet they are just as tasty. No glucose syrup or additives of any kind, to form our nuggets, we use just enough beet syrup from Hauts-de-France. The secret of their deliciousness? Crunchy pieces of chocolate grown in agroforestry, guaranteed without deforestation. Without any aftertaste for your children or the planet! •Beetroot syrup, good for you and the environment. The beet syrup comes from Bio en Haut-de-France, an association that we support in the project to develop the first French organic sugar in a short supply chain. The objective is to strengthen the autonomy of farmers, by developing a production tool that belongs to them. The agricultural practices implemented allow pollinators to evolve in an environment that is favorable to them, without neonicotinoids. Unrefined, it is an ideal alternative to classic sugar.
