Slowly cooked in the oven, our cereals are the result of a simple but delicious manufacturing process. At Omie, you will not find the classic ultra-processed cereals on the market in a fancy shape, but with a high glycemic index. We have therefore designed a recipe that is less processed than the majority on the market with a trio of crispy cereals made from Aquitaine millet. Its light nutty taste and natural crunch go wonderfully with our French oats and Italian puffed rice. While a large part of oat flakes are not produced or processed in France, we have selected a French oat sector processed in Oise. •A controlled degree of transformation, guaranteed deliciousness. Our cereals are 30% less sweet than the average cereal on the market and yet they are just as tasty. No glucose syrup or additives of any kind, to form our nuggets, we use just the right amount of honey and unrefined fair trade cane sugar. Our sugar comes from a chain traced to the producing cooperative with guarantees of zero deforestation and agroforestry agricultural practices. The secret of their deliciousness? A polifloral honey foraged in the Rhône at an altitude of 900m, respecting the natural life cycle of bees. Florent Guillaud is a committed player in the beekeeping sector, working only around ten kilometers from our manufacturing partner. We have linked them together so that your cereals can contain quality local and organic honey. Our beekeeper replaces synthetic treatments against bee pests with alternative practices: mechanical methods and biological treatments. Its production methods respect the life cycle of the bee as much as possible, without the use of winter sugar or synthetic treatments.
